PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
- Prescription refills that take place outside of your regularly scheduled appointments are subject to a $35 fee
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 2 business days are required for changes or cancellations
- Changes made during the cancellation period are subject to 50% of the appointment cost
- No shows are subject to 100% of the appointment cost

- Direct billing is available for most BC insurance providers
- Please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage

Josée is a Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker based in Kelowna, BC. She believes that healing is rooted in connection; the connection we rebuild with ourselves, and the connection we have with others. When you are navigating trauma, grief, or the heavy weight of burnout, it can feel like your body has become an unfamiliar or even unsafe place to be. Josée’s goal is to help you rediscover the strengths and skills already within you, providing a non-judgmental space to process emotions and reclaim your sense of self.
Josée practices from a place of deep curiosity and an understanding that you know yourself best. Whether you are navigating complex emotions, burnout, an identity shift, or relationship struggles, Josée provides the space to process what is happening beneath the surface. Josée specializes in working with children (ages 5+), parents, and individuals navigating the complexities of trauma, grief, and nervous system dysregulation. She is deeply committed to helping families thrive, whether that means helping a child find their voice through play or supporting a parent through the challenges of family dynamics. Her approach is always compassionate, grounded, and focused on creating a safe environment for everyone. Josée’s work is rooted in evidence-based therapies, always utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed framework. She uses an integrated approach that draws on both cognitive and somatic (body-based) practices to help you learn to listen to and regulate your nervous system. Her specialized training includes Play Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for children, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Josée is also informed in Parts Work and Somatic Work, helping you learn to listen to and regulate your nervous system.
Josée fully embraces the Okanagan lifestyle to stay grounded. You’ll often find her hiking local trails with her husband, their baby, and their dog or soaking up the sunshine. Carling Jones R.Ac
Carling is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC) TCMA. She is deeply passionate about helping others achieve balance, healing, and vitality. Known for her compassionate and intuitive approach, Carling creates an environment where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward better health.
Her practice is rooted in holistic healing and addresses a wide range of concerns. Carling offers acupuncture treatments for various issues, including pain management, stress relief, headaches, mental health support, women’s health, labour induction, infertility, digestive concerns, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture. She focuses on restoring balance, enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities, and identifying underlying imbalances to promote long-term health.
Carling earned her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, where she developed a deep understanding of Chinese medicine and holistic healing. She is passionate about bridging Eastern and Western medicine, integrating time-tested techniques with modern healthcare practices to provide comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr. Alex is passionate about empowering women to put themselves first and take charge of their hormonal health. She recognizes the importance of education and ensures her patients are equipped with the necessary tools and confidence needed as they move through their unique healing journey. She believes that an individualized approach to health care is important to identify the root cause of disease and dysfunction. She combines functional testing and clinical experience to look past the symptoms to dig deeper and find lasting solutions.
Dr. Alex maintains a general family practice with a clinical focus on women’s reproductive and hormonal health, including fertility, PMS, PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis, as well as preconception and perinatal support. She also has a special interest in skin health (including acne, eczema, vitiligo, and psoriasis), thyroid conditions, gut health, stress, fatigue, and anxiety. In addition to adult care, Dr. Alex enjoys working with pediatric patients and supporting whole-family wellness.
Dr. Alex completed her BSc in Biology where she grew up in Winnipeg, MB before moving on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. Paula is a Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker based in Kelowna, BC, with over a decade of experience working in non-profit and healthcare settings. In completing her Bachelor of Social Work from University of Manitoba, Paula worked for 8 years in various leadership roles, with people who use substances and had additional vulnerabilities in downtown Calgary. With a passion to dig deeper, Paula made the move to Kelowna in 2022 to complete her Masters Degree from the University of British Columbia Okanagan.
Paula practices with an understanding that each person knows themselves and their circumstances best, therefore utilizes a person-centered and trauma-informed framework in her care plans. Paula specializes in both trauma and anxiety. Low-level trauma can cause just as much distress and disruption in your everyday life. Subtle emotional wounds, or repeated experiences, can result in a trauma response such as emotional numbness, low self-worth, or ongoing anxiety. A special area of interest is also reproductive mental health. Dr. Andrea Shore DC
Dr. Andrea Shore has practiced in multidisciplinary sport settings since graduating from the Canadian Chiropractic College in 2013.
During the time since graduation, she has come to learn the importance of integrating movement based rehabilitation with manual care. She also believes that education is key when it comes to rehabilitating from an injury and returning to activity and she thrives seeing her patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
She enjoys working on all areas of the body and patients from all walks of life and especially with those patients who are genuinely interested in getting to the root cause of their pain or dysfunction and being an active participant in making lasting improvements to their health.
Dr. Andrea knows that no two patients are the same and so her treatment plans are designed for each individual and their health goals. She integrates passive care such as myofascial release, Graston and spinal manipulation with the proper active rehabilitation and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) to achieve the best results possible!

About Me: Dr. Andrea is originally from Coquitlam BC. As an international figure skater from a young age, she was a frequent patient at her chiropractor’s office which is how she came to love what chiropractic was all about! After she graduated chiropractic college, she co-founded a multidisciplinary clinic in Coquitlam but in 2021 decided to relocate to her husband’s home town of Kelowna. She utilizes different assessment tools such as blood, stool, or urine testing to allow for a proper diagnosis. Her treatment plans aim to provide the best clinical outcome possible. Dr. Brit believes strongly in using current scientific research in her treatment plans, incorporating her clinical experience and patients’ goals to make a plan not only attainable, but sustainable. She includes different treatment modalities and always begins with strengthening the foundation, including nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
