Dr. Brit believes strongly in using current scientific research in her treatment plans, incorporating her clinical experience and patients’ goals to make a plan not only attainable, but sustainable. She includes different treatment modalities and always begins with strengthening the foundation, including nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Once the foundation is set, she can work in other therapies such as nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, pharmaceuticals, injections, or intravenous nutrients.
