• We are located in Guisachan Village (back side of the building)
• 109-2365 Gordon Drive, Kelowna, BC, V1W 3C2
• Lot of free parking in front of the office

CLINIC HOURS

*Clinic hours are reflective of when we have reception (Mel) at the front desk. If your practitioner is seeing you outside of these hours the door will be locked and they will come get you when its time for you appointment!

• Monday - 9:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday - 10:15am - 6:15pm
• Wednesday - 12:45pm - 6:15pm
• Thursday - 8:45am - 4:45pm
• Friday - 8:30am - 3:00pm
• Saturday + Sunday - closed

SUPPLEMENTS

• Supplement refills can be completed by calling or texting 236-766-3153 or emailing hello@beamhealthkelowna.com
• Local pick up at the clinic is available for supplements during clinic hours
• Shipping is available throughout BC for $10

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

• Prescription refills that take place outside of your regularly scheduled appointments are subject to a $35 fee

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 2 business days are required for changes or cancellations
• Changes made during the cancellation period are subject to 50% of the appointment cost
• No shows are subject to 100% of the appointment cost

INSURANCE

• Direct billing is available for most BC insurance providers and ICBC
• Please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage

PAULA MATERNITY LEAVE

• Paula is currently on maternity leave! She will be gradually returning to practice in June 2026. Please add yourself to her waitlist to be contacted when her schedule opens up for her return
